Purpose: This study aims to explore the effect of Islamic work ethics on intention leave. also examines indirect leave using job satisfaction as a mediator. Design/methodology/approach: used saturated sampling technique with sample size 77 employee at all banks in Ternate City, North Maluku Province. SEM-PLS is test hypothesis. Findings: The results found that had negative and significant leave; positive satisfaction. has partially mediates influence Research limitations/implications: Sources reference regarding are still conceptual very limited research field management organization.
